Why We Started
YCF was created to meet a growing need in Yamhill County: citizens who wanted to get involved, but didn’t know where to begin. Too often, people feel disconnected from government decisions that affect their lives. The Foundation began with the simple idea that lasting change starts with knowledge — and that equipping people with civic education strengthens the whole community.
