YCAN REFUND & DEDUCTIBILITY POLICY

 All contributions, membership dues, and recurring donations to YamCo Conservatives Action Network (YCAN) are final and non-refundable.

• Memberships: Annual membership fees are not refundable, in whole or in part, even if a member chooses to cancel or resign before the end of their membership term.
   
• Recurring Donations: Monthly or annual recurring donations are non-refundable once processed. Donors may cancel their recurring gift at any time to prevent future charges.
   
• Event Tickets & Merchandise: Refunds for event tickets or merchandise (if applicable) will only be granted in cases where YCAN cancels the event or the item is unavailable.
   

Important Notice: YCAN is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions, membership dues, and donations made to YCAN are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
