JOIN YAMCO CONSERVATIVES IN CHANGING LIVES

Joining YamCo Conservatives Action Network (YCAN) means standing with a community committed to civic engagement, conservative values, and accountable government. Membership is more than dues — it is a pledge to uphold YCAN’s principles, respect member-only communications, and represent the organization with integrity.

All memberships are subject to approval. YCAN reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. By completing your membership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in the YCAN Membership Agreement.

YCAN Refund & Deductibility Policy

All contributions, membership dues, and recurring donations to YamCo Conservatives Action Network (YCAN) are final and non-refundable.

Memberships: Annual membership fees are not refundable, in whole or in part, even if a member chooses to cancel or resign before the end of their membership term.
Recurring Donations: Monthly or annual recurring donations are non-refundable once processed. Donors may cancel their recurring gift at any time to prevent future charges.
Event Tickets & Merchandise: Refunds for event tickets or merchandise (if applicable) will only be granted in cases where YCAN cancels the event or the item is unavailable.

Important Notice: YCAN is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions, membership dues, and donations made to YCAN are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

By completing a payment to YCAN, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and deductibility policy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YamCo Conservatives operates through two distinct entities:

YamCo Conservatives Foundation (YCF) is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions to YCF are tax deductible as charitable contributions to the fullest extent allowed by law.
YamCo Conservatives Action Network (YCAN) is a registered 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions, membership dues, and donations to YCAN are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
